Café Mystika was never just a coffee shop.
It started with a simple idea: create a place where coffee could bring people together, inspire creativity, and turn ordinary moments into meaningful experiences.
In 2021, during one of the most uncertain periods in recent history, Angelo Salvoro and Hazel Dagoy started Café Mystika as a small pop-up coffee cart in Valencia, Negros Oriental.
There was no grand café. No large team. No established brand.
Just a coffee cart, a passion for hospitality, and the courage to start.
Every Sunday, they would set up at the Valencia Sunday Market, serving coffee one cup at a time. What began as a small weekend concept slowly became something bigger. Customers came back not only for the coffee, but for the conversations, the atmosphere, the people, and the experience.
And that became the heart of Café Mystika.
